How to include the process on drawing sheet?
Where can I include a note on the drawing that suggests a machining process that could be used to achieve the desired roughness.

Describe the process in the Notes.
If the process is very detailed and lengthy, make a separate document (with Word) and assign a PN to it. Then add a note on the drawing that refers to the Machining Process document.
