how to open new version SW model in SW 2016?
i want to open SW 2018 model in SW 2016, is it possible?

No.
Past version don't open "future versions". There is some backwards compatibility if you tried with SW2017 service pack 5, but even that isn't very good.
You can open neutral format like step or parasolid, but you'll loose the entire feature tree.
