How to open solid works 2010 file in solidworks 2009?

You can't. The file can be saved in newer version as Parasolid or STEP and then you can open the file in older program version.
it is not possible, unless you are using version 2010 - 2013,
usually using the IGES file, STEP, STL, VRML. to open
