how to send AutoCAD file without edit anyone?

hi, i need to send AutoCAD file to someone to view only. that can not be editable or make copy. any changes required means they have to contact me only. any help please...

Lock in Layer

then no one can edit that file

Do PDF and when they need to edit they have to ask you.
