is keyshot worth it?
i can get the educational version of it for $99 compared to the $1500 usual price tag so i was wondering if it would be worth getting or if photview is sufficient for my daily rendering needs. my new system specs are 8gb ram, intel i7, 1tb hard drive and nvidia 630 2gb graphics card so will that be enough to use keyshot?

Absolutely! And for me Keyshot is great!
Those specs are great. The only issue is if your system can handle 100% cpu usage for a while without having heat problems.
Hi Matt, your system will work just fine. Give it a go. We have direct import for SolidWorks files as well as a plugin. If you have any questions, definitely ask! Glad to help!
