Low Poly Beer mug

Hello guys,
I’d like to design a low-poly beer mug and machine it from aluminum. Unfortunately, I’m not very skilled at modeling. Could someone help me design the main body with the surrounding pattern? I’ve attached a reference image for inspiration.

I’d also like the handle to be included in the design, but it doesn’t need to exactly match the one in the image — some creative freedom is welcome.

The approximate outer dimensions of the mug should be:

Diameter: 100 mm

Height: 165 mm

The mug’s capacity should be slightly more than 0.5 liters.
