Making Hole Without warnings

I want to make a hole as in the video to my model. However I can't make it due to warnings. I don't know how to avoid them. Moreover, other rib-liked extruded boss must be merged with this hole as before. Can you help me, please

I can`t open the file that you uploaded, because I am an older version of Solidworks. If you like I can upload a tutorial with the usuals checks for sketches
