How do I add o-ring to a non circular cutted path?
Such childish questions... As usual!
Who said that the gasket should be round in cross section?
As an example, I did this like multi-body part;
also you can save this body and do the assembly (if you worry about mates - thats not problem)

The "yellow" o-ring gasket you added to my part is 2.5mm in diameter which is correct. But the "yellow" gasket is in reality an VITON o-ring (round) which is inserted into the parts. I need to veryfy that the 105x2.5mm o-ring will fit in the groove. So the internal length of the path should be 105mm * 3,14 = 329,7 and externally in the path 110 * 3,14 = 345,4. Thank you.
My pleasure =)
Thank you SO MUCH! It should be 337,5mm and it is 337.73mm, In other words, perfect :)
Where the problem again?
I don't understand what mean 105x2.5...
Use measure tools - length path, or smth like this, it 337.73mm (Path - Sketch1)
I'm only show you the way how to do it!..
You can save this gasket as newpart or save sketch and make new part... any way.
Thank you very much. And lastly, can you measure the length of the o-ring? The goal was to use a 105x2,5mm o-ring
I am not talking about the o-ring not being round, but I want to insert the o-ring in the assembly. I want the o-ring to follow the extruded cut path around the cover which is not circular.
