Problem with upload

I can't upload the new models or updates, I see this message:
"Something went wrong with the upload of file name.JPG. Please try again.‏What's the problem?"

it might your file size is big,so first zip it and then upload it!!!!!

I think it 's a Grabcad-server perblem !
