Model Upload problems

Hello friends..!!
I have made a model on SW 2012 and when i upload the same on GRABCAD , m getting this error "Something went wrong with the upload of Wheel Design only.SLDPRT. Please try again"

plz help to fix it if you have any idea.

just try again or use another...for me say the same but it continue uploaded

i have the problem now for several days. i asked my it-manager and he has no idea what could cause this problem. any other ideas ?!?!

i tried it with google chrome - same result. "Something went wrong with the upload of.....". grrr

Try using Goodle Chrome
