"Self Intersecting Surfaces" Rhino v5 -> SOLIDWORKS 2014

Hello,

This is my first question here on this great website and i hope that you guys can help me solve this problem I have. I built a frame construction in Rhino 5 and wanted, to import this to SW.

In Rhino the surfaces look good and i dont understand why my SW wont combine my different Bodies to one solid.
I hope you guys can help me make one solid body out of my frame in SW. I added the file in all 3 formats.

Pls try to save the file in step or parasolid and after that open it in solidworks
