Solidworks versions
If I made a part in solidworks 2015 for example, other people with oldest version can open it?
Or if I download something here that made with newer version I can open it with 2015 version?

you can not open never version files in older version but you can open never version files in the older version. if you want to open never version files in older version try other formats likes STEP/ IGES etc
You may face problems while trying to open old versions files in a new version.
You will never face problem in opening old version SolidWorks file in the new version.
you have to face some error while we will open such file but you can open it if you will convert such files in *.igs ,*.step and in *.x_t formats.
