Extrude path will be your friend on this one.
You will need to first make your guide curves.
I would recommend you break this up into several steps.
1. Helix path for the coil
2. Lever arm on the bottom
3. Lever arm at the top
Pay special attention to the angles of the ends of the coil as the mating section of your extrude want to match exactly.
Also, I would recommend you leave all your sketches visible during the build up so you can see fit/alignment issues as you go.
