how to make 2d into a 3d stl file ?

2d drawing does not directly convert to 3d stl file. First, a drawing is made in any 3d drawing program. Solid modeling is done according to the dimensions given to the figure. Then the created drawing is saved as stl file extension by saving as. Solidworks or Inventor can be used as a 3d program, for example. :-)
