Sweep Cut

I'm not able to sweep cut using sketch10 as profile and Helix/Spiral1 as path.Help me out.Tell me why i'm doing wrong and solution also.By the way thanks for solution.Cheers

Make the polygon again with the height less then the pitch of the helix. Also place polygon so it intersects with the model.
