Thickening
Morning, everybody,
When I thicken the attachment I get an error (in solidworks 2015), the other day with a similar design I didn't get an error.
I'd appreciate it if you'd give it a thickness of 0.8 mm out and send it to me.

You have some small faces (<.0.005 mm) causing the problem. I would delete and rebuild these sections. The model should thicken after they're corrected.
