Tools are disabling while switching from assembly to sketch and sketch to assembly?
Initially I uploaded parts to assembly, now I switched part to sketch for editing. After this I again switched to assembly. Now the problem is The constraint tool box and manipulation tool box get disabled whats the reason?

Because you have to activate assembly design. If you check your blue named level in picture, you will see it.
Double click top assembly will activate assembly easly.
