Transform .stl to surface

Hello I need to transform a facet .stl file to surface. Anyone has an idea how to do it?

Open in Meshlab
Save as ply or other mesh file
Open in Solidworks or other program

use Rapidform or Geo Magic there are any automatically way to create a surface
