GrabCad having issues displaying image of certain file types when uploaded?

I've noticed recently when I have uploaded a file that sometimes a thumbnail for the gallery isn't created, just get a white cube. For me this happened with SW2019 created parts. Step files upload and show a thumbnail ok, though I did notice one was having an issue.

Are the GrabCad people onto this?

Ah, thanks. Funny though I uploaded SW2018 format and the thumbnail showed up just fine. Oh well.
