what file format can I upload

dwg file. Once uploaded can others view it?

Here to your question you can upload CAD files, zip files, images etc. If you mean GrabCAD library, then you can upload also CAD files, zipped files, images and so on. If it is a CAD file (like dwg) then others can download and open it but not view it in the browser. If you make a screenshot from it then images can be viewed straight in the browser.
