Why do I get the error message "there was an error loading the model file"?
I keep getting the error message "there was an error loading the model file" when I try to use the 3D view feature in the Grabcad library.

Just checked mine everything is ok. Which model where you trying to view, Could be your Browser.
Tried using Google Chrome as a browser and it now works fine. Thank you.
