Workstation configuration for CAE/rendering

I need PC, that will run 365/24h performing SolidWorks Simulations (Premium), Solidworks Visualise and topology optimization issues in Altair OptiStruct.

This is what I`ve made in last week on old Samsung RF511 laptop, just for reference, what am I working on:

I`ve made 2 configurations. Cheaper one just doesn`t have second Xeon, has half of memory size, SSD size and no Tesla installed.

1st configuration:
- NVidia Quadro P6000
- NVidia Tesla K40
- 2x Intel Xeon E5-2697 V4
- 4x Kingston KVR21R15D4K4/128GB
- 4x 512GB SSD Intel Quad Pro
- Corsair AX1200i (1200W)
- 2x Corsair H80i V2
- Corsair Obsidian Series 750D

2nd configuration (cheaper):
- NVidia Quadro P6000
- Intel Xeon E5-2697 V4
- 2x Kingston KVR21R15D4K4/128GB
- 2x 512GB SSD Intel Quad Pro
- Corsair AX1200i (1200W)
- Corsair H80i V2
- Corsair Obsidian Series 750D

For both cofigurations:
- 2x Dell P2715Q
- 3D Connexion Enterprise mouse
- Quiet mous & keyboard

What do You think? Are those part worth their price? I want to say once more, it will be running non-stop, so Xeon with ECC is necessary.

    1st configuration.
With your needs, and the investment you're going to put up, why put anything to chance?
