Assigned Project: aSMR (A high-end residential project for the director, featuring 3 basements and 7 stories, with a structure extending 15 meters underground and 33 meters above ground, equipped with services comparable to a 5-star hotel.) Achievements: • Finalized the client’s requirements (Director of MGI) for the MEP part of the high-end residential project, which had been on hold for a long time. Coordinated with interior design team to turn his ideas from 5-star and 7-star hotels into solutions feasible in a private residence, allowing the work to finally move forward. Responsibilities: • Reviewed and adjusted consultants' drawings and BoQ to align with user requirements and site conditions. • Coordinated MEP services to ensure seamless integration, defined battery limits, and resolved conflicts. • Evaluated vendor quotations, prepared comparative statements, and assisted in procurement. • Checked shop drawings and resolved conflicts among MEP services, false ceiling positions, and structural elements like beams. • Supervised on-site work across multiple disciplines, ensuring quality and timely delivery. • Oversaw installation and integration of diverse systems, including HVAC, fire systems, substation, internal wiring, generators, lifts (passenger and car), BMS, access control, automation, DALI-controlled lighting, swimming pools and plumbing systems with centralized hot water, STP and WTP.

Achievements: • Successfully formed and led the HVAC team during a critical transition, ensuring uninterrupted project execution and maintaining client satisfaction. • Integrated advanced tools like the Hourly Analysis Program (HAP), ASHRAE Duct Sizing Database, Revit and Layer State Manager, significantly enhancing design precision and workflow efficiency. Responsibilities: • Conducted comprehensive design calculations, including Cooling Load, External Static Pressure, Pump Head, Water Demand and other parameters, according to ASHRAE, BNBC, NFPA, UPC, IPC and other relevant codes & handbooks. • Developed detailed Design Drawings, Bill of Quantities (BoQs) and bid documents for HVAC, Fire and Plumbing systems for over 50 projects. • MEP system Design Coordination for 7 projects, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration across disciplines. • Supervised onsite implementation of MEP systems for 5 projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards. • Prepared Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA), Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) and Design Basis Reports. • Prepared and documented Fire Safety Plans of 4 projects for approval from Fire Service and Civil Defense, resulting in successful approvals. • Presented design ideas and solutions to clients.
