How to combine intesecting circular pattern into 1 solid
I made a similar model to see how to do it and I could not get it to make three separate bodies. Could you provide your file to look at? I made a video of the part I made. you can find it here;

Step 1:
in the CirPattern feature, make sure you check Geometry pattern under the options. for me it did not make three separate solid bodies but rather a single one like you are looking for.
