Tutorial - Unified Screw Profile for bolt in SolidWorks?

Here is the tutorial.

1. Step 1:

   Open the attached file.
   

   

2. Step 2:

   Right plane>>Sketch.
   

   

3. Step 3:

   Draw a construction line coincident with the helix end point.
   

   

4. Step 4:

   Draw another construction line and make them equal.
   

   

5. Step 5:

   Smart Dimension it to 1.99mm.
   

   

6. Step 6:

   Make a horizontal center line.
   

   

7. Step 7:

   Draw a circle on this center line.
   

   

8. Step 8:

   Two circles with equal dia.
   

   

9. Step 9:

   Select all circles and make them equal.
   

   

10. Step 10:

    Click Line tool.
    

    

11. Step 11:

    Now keep the mouse over the circle till the quadrant points are visible and then click on the circle.
    

    

12. Step 12:

    Now click on the other circle with tangent relation.
    

    

13. Step 13:

    Repeat the same step.
    

    

14. Step 14:

    Now Smart dimension and select the center line.
    

    

15. Step 15:

    And origin.
    

    

16. Step 16:

    Dimension be 10mm.
    

    

17. Step 17:

    Point tool.
    

    

18. Step 18:

    On the quadrant point to the left of the circle.
    

    

19. Step 19:

    Dimension b/w this point to the origin.
    

    

20. Step 20:

    Add dimension as 10*.84.
    

    

21. Step 21:

    Now select the center of circle and the centerline end point and add horizontal relation.
    

    

22. Step 22:

    Same with lower circle.

    Line tool.
    

    

23. Step 23:

    Draw a line over center line.
    

    

24. Step 24:

    Trim tool and trim circle.
    

    

25. Step 25:

    Same step for other circle too.
    

    

26. Step 26:

    Exit the sketch.
    

    

27. Step 27:

    Swept cut.
    

    

28. Step 28:

    Select the sketch as profile and helix as path.
    

    

29. Step 29:

    Click OK and we have thread.
