Am telling the process to Create this

1. Step 1:

   Let start the solid work with Part Drawing
   

   

2. Step 2:

   Select the Top plane/or any plane to continue with Drawing.
   

   

3. Step 3:

   Draw a circle of Definite Diameter, Like am Taken 50mm.
   

   

4. Step 4:

   than do to the feature sub menu, and click on spiral and helix.
   

   

5. Step 5:

   Than Provide the Specification for Pitch distance and Number of Revolution,
   Like am given Pitch:-6 and Revolution:-6
   

   

6. Step 6:

   Than Select the complete Spiral and start to Draw the Circle of Dia 5.
   Note:- whenever you select the spiral and to draw through its end, it will generate a plane there Automatically to Continue with Drawing there.
   

   

7. Step 7:

   Like This
   

   

8. Step 8:

   Complete your Drawing by clicking on ok button, than go to the feature submenu and select the option for Sweep.
   Than selet the component and Spiral both and press ok.
   

   

9. Step 9:

   Here is your Final Spring you maded so Easily.
