Create a lunch box from the thermoforming mold. Thermoforming is the process of forming a thermoset plastic sheet by heating and then forming it by suctioning or pressing it into the mold cavity. Thermoset plastics cannot be processed by thermal formation because heating cannot soften the thermoset due to the cross-linking of the backbone of the molecules. Examples of thermally processed products are biscuit and ice cream trays.
