I bring innovative bath and spa designs to life, turning ideas into precise 3D models and technical drawings for bathtubs, sinks, spas, and hot tubs made of cast stone and fiberglass. Using Rhinoceros (Rhino), I craft complex models for CNC machining and visualization, generate NC code, and program 4-axis CNC machines with Syntec 6MB controllers. I set up and maintain equipment, troubleshoot issues, and inspect finished parts for perfect accuracy. Additionally, I optimize models for 3D printing on the CreatBot F430, delivering high-quality prototypes and components that meet both design and functional standards.

I turn complex concepts into precise, high-performance injection molds made of plastic, aluminum, and alloys. Using Rhinoceros CAD, I design detailed 3D models, then generate NC code with PowerMill for CNC milling machines controlled by Heidenhain iTNC530 and Fanuc 31i. I set up and calibrate equipment, ensuring every cut meets exacting standards. Collaborating with my team, I help develop innovative manufacturing technologies, inspect finished parts for flawless quality, and maintain thorough technical documentation—all to ensure smooth, efficient, and reliable production from design to final product.
