I don't think there is anything that easy in the assembly level but here are 2 different ways I would do it instead of opening every part and finding the sketch etc...

Not sure if you can add a custom toolbar.. but you can add commands to and existing toolbar.

A PART has to be inserted to use the traditional style mates. Move face can be used to move a BODY.
