Catia Complex Part Design Modeling

Need help grabcad. Below are images of a complex part. I'm really puzzled on the multiple radius stuff. I need to model it using pure part design only. I need to learn techniques on how to model complex parts such as this. thanks in advance

Easy, use multi section solid, shell, pad, pocket, fillet & variable fillet
