Complex modelling a wingmirror (Loft?)

Hello,

I am trying to recreate this Rizoma wingmirror for a college project but I cannot get this shape correct! I cannot get a circle to loft with the face of the mirror. I have tried adding a fillet around and extruded circle to blend it but it is not working as expected. Images attached!
