HELP TO CONVERT SURFACE INTO SOLID

Hi everyone,

I'm a student and I'm trying to convert some surface models of Mustang 2015 into solids to do aero simulations on SolidWorks. Please, I would be very grateful if someone gets me a compatible solidworks document of one of these:
Ford mustang GT350R
2015 Mustang GT
Ford Mustang GT
My hopes are rising the limit, because I don't get it, please.
