How do I convert a STL file to STEP file?

I need to pass a STL file to STEP file, someone know how to do that? or someone could do and send for me, please? :D

i can't open the files, appear a message "file corrupt", "error code 0x80004005",
can't open on 3D Builder or solidworks.
Your STL file has no thickness, it is basically a surface. Are you sure it needs to be a step file? You'd get better results by converting it's profile to a DXG/DXF file for the import.
