how do i mechanically mate it

here is a timing wheel which i want to mechanically mate with escapement , such that timing wheel will rotate and the escapement would oscillate about the shaft axis over which it is mounted . the escapement and wheel are to be in contact with help of pallets mounted on the escapement.

i have shared the required files for assembly i hope grabcad mates would come up with a solution
