How to assemble a part to slide and rotate?
I am new to Inventor.
I am trying to assemble a Pan & Tilt mechanism. Please see the attached zip file. I want the rocker to slide vertically in the slot and when at the end of the slot, the rocker to be able to tilt. Any help from the experienced would be greatly appreciated.

is it possible to attach the file: Cylinder.ipt
It is not in the Zip file.
