Hello Abhijeet!
If you want to make it "real" you have to model every brace of the car front, using pattern.
If you "only" want a car suface-model for rendering, I would only create the surface, choose a good "material" (grate with the same shape) and make an black offset behind the "grate surface". The optical effect is the same.

If you just want it to look real you can add a decal to your model you can even specify the lighting on the decal to make it look more realistic... I would go this way you dont want to make your model more complex you want it to look real..
