How to create this part in CATIA V5

I am trying to create this part using CATIA V5 Generative Sheet Metal Design with the help of the Hopper command. I can't seem to get the front to be the circular and the back side to be rectangle shape, any ideas? Perhaps I should create this Generative Shape Design maybe?
