How to model attached part in Solidworks?

Anyone please let me know how to model attached part in Solidworks.
Bit urgent...!!!

Upload what you've already made so we can see where it is going wrong.

The existing shell model in the library is a great starting point for this model, or at least to see how someone made a similar shape: Shell Vintage Gas Pump Globe

Is there something of the existing model that is not right for what you are making?

Here is something I made just to show the steps. It has no dimensions and it is not the exact shape but you can make it as you like. It is in 2017 format.
