How to solve this issue?
Hello, I'm quite new in this field. As the image shown, I can't seem to connect this two "geometry" even though I resketch it many times. Is it a display issue or something else?

Looks good! Everything is Green, which means everything is fully constrained (fully defined). Every CATIA sketch you make should look like this!

probably OK - you just zoomed in too far so the circle looks like a polygon and doesn't touch the end of the line. One way to check: use the MEASURE BETWEEN tool to measure the distance between the circle and line vertex. if distance is 0, you know you're good.
