How to sort out errors while importing IGES exported Autocad model to Ansys Mechanical APDL?

I modeled a 3D multistoreyed tower model in autocad and exported the file to .iges format. But while importing this file to Ansys Mechanical APDL, iam getting error. Circular planes in structure is becoming sqaure. Why this is happening? How can I sort out this?
