Is there any CAD software to make nanosized particles?
I am doing my research in nanotechnology related to manufacturing process.I'm in need of CAD software for modeling the nano sized particles.I have searched a lot regarding this in internet.Not getting it clearly.If anybody knows about this support me to solve it.

3d modeling is not the issue with Nano systems or MEMES. it is more about processes, simulation and design analysis.
here is a few MEMS software that maybe helpful for similar nanosystems:

I still haven't seen any software that do nanostructured design
you can design as much small particle you want in any cad software and zoom it to view properly.
