Profile in Structure Design

Dear All Experts;

I will make a design in structure design module. As you know firstly We create a frame by using line in structure design and then we place the structure to the this frame by using the library of catia. My question is that If the structure which I have to use is not in library Can I create a structure profile and add to library in structure model, like adding a part to the catalogue.
