Have you made sure that you have the latest graphics driver for your card?
You can get the right driver for your setup on Nvidia's website.
Just make sure you select the "Optimal Driver for Enterprise" type.
This might or might not work though.
Looking at the NVS4200M, it is not actually a Quadro card even though on some systems it may be labeled that way.
In youtube have some videos for that. I have the same problem and after view a 3,4 videos in youtube and make the same thing like in the videos the realview have enable.
