Surface to solid watertight problems
Hello all,
I am trying to create a solid joining the surfaces I have but it keeps telling me "no watertight volume created". I tried everything, making the geomtry smoother, dividing the solid in sections, but there are some that aren't supposed to be closed to get a watertight volume. I also went joint by joint checking if there are any gaps but I couldn't find the problem.
I would appreaciate some help here

SW found 6 gaps (tolerance settings 0.0025-0.1mm). As Bob said, you will be able to create solids only if you have no gaps between surfaces.
So now we are clear about problem, then you have two ways to solve it. First try to "knit" surfaces and then split them with edges- gaps must disappear and you will be able to build solid body.
For the second case you should enable spatial imagination. You can't build solid body due to gaps between surfaces, but you can cut needed solid body with your surfaces. Make a solid cube which is obviously larger than the result body and split it with surfaces, you will get the desired solid body.
