Part 4

1. Step 1:

   Select whatever areas you want the color to change and fill with different color, In my case the lower part and the three sections at the top and set blending mode to overlay
   

   

2. Step 2:

   Select everything make new layer fill selection with white and set blending mode to overlay
   

   

3. Step 3:

   Now to give depth to an illustration you must have highlights and have shadows. Depending on the object and on the surface of the object highlights and shadows will behave very differently. Now you must select the little sections circled in red and with a soft black brush stroke from dark to light and set blending mode of layer to soft light
   

   

4. Step 4:

   Again done in different parts just like before set blending mode to soft light
   

   

5. Step 5:

   Now using selection tool select each area and with a dark gray brush and white brush create this. Basically I would color everything dark gray and on top of that same layer with white brush crate highlights
   

   

6. Step 6:

   Hold ALT Layers tab merge visible and you get this
   

   

7. Step 7:

   Make selection of the area fill with a gold color and set blending mode to overlay
   

   

8. Step 8:

   Make selection of the same area fill with white and set blending mode to overlay
