How to use the flex tool?

Here's the Tutorial.

Step 1:
Start solidworks.

Step 2:
Sketch>>Front plane.

Step 3:
Make a box.

Step 4:
Extrude it.

Step 5:
Now you have the part for flex.

Step 6:
Insert>>Feature>>Flex.

Step 7:
Under flex choose bending and input body choose the box.

Step 8:
Change the angle value to 50 degrees. We don't need to adjust the planes because they are automatically adjusted.

Step 9:
Click OK. Now you can see the flexed body.

Step 10:
Edit the Flex1 feature.

Step 11:
Change the flex type to twisting. Keep the same angle value and click OK.

Step 12:
You can see the twisted body.

Step 13:
Again edit the feature and choose tapering type and taper factor be 1/2 or 0.5.
Click OK. -
Step 14:
Now you have a tapered body.

Step 15:
Again edit the Flex1 feature. And this time choose Stretching. Choose stretch distance value to be 40. Click OK.

Step 16:
You have a stretched body. Any hole if present in the body will also be stretched.
