Well, this guy is crazy I am telling you… I have never seen something like that before for FREE …and to be honest my old “car –design” project is going to rise from its ashes! ;P The fact that these 17 videos or so, are for FREE allows for some tolerances regarding the professional attitude of this tutorial while trying to capture the full process of designing a car. And the results are definitely above average… The car is not that famous as a Ferari or Lambo but I bet that many CAD users have seen this before. What I found really interesting is that I can learn even more from some of his mistakes while he was trying to loft some profiles etc. I thought that it’s definitely worth some attention and therefore I posted on GC. what is this "tool holder" for? *pic*

I made this same model for school a while back. Tool holder is a term that applies to anything that can hold a tool. In my experience it is usually associated with the tool post of a lathe or some sort of tooling on a milling machine. But a Tool holder can also be something as simple as a jig that holds a HSS bit while you grind it. Now the Tool Holder in question would seem to be for a cutoff tool possibly or part of a larger more complex system in which the tool rotates about the center shaft/pin.

if you have to redo windows and reinstall inventor or upgrade to a newer version of inventor you loose all the content center parts you imported. in some cases you want to transfer your custom library to a colleague. This is my solution to the problem don't know of any other way.
