Another "cheat" I have used if both have same csys and datums to start with
1. take good with parameters part save a copy to DummyA.prt
2. delete all features in DummyA.prt
3. Open part without parameters
4. in MODEL TREE highlight all features and ctrl+c.
5. open corect blank file DummyA.prt and hit ctrl+v and it will rebuild everything(sometimes).

pro/e is pretty good about cut/n/paste working on everything if you know exzactly how they want it done.

No copy and past function that I know of, but for new parts you can use a standart start part with the parameters in it.

Depending on what you want in the parameters you can start the map key reorder in a new blank part the create all of the new parameters. while it is running you can either (a) leave the new fields blank. (b) input generic information, or parameters that will be input everytime it is ran. (c) the map key also has a "pause for keyboard input" which causes the mapkey to pause each time it is ran so that the user can input different data each time.

No paste option. But we can configure and use Modelcheck.

It doesn't copy the parameters if there is a parameter which has a restriction. I've deselected those parameters and copy and paste the rest into the part. You will have to create the restricted parameters yourself.

Easy to do.
Open both parts. Goto part 1(with the parameters), tools->parameters-> mark all parameters like winexplorer and press ctrl+c. Goto part 2( without parameters), tools->parameters-> press ctrl+v. Thats it.
