This method only works with animations that utilize gravity, like http://grabcad.com/library/grabcad-logo-smash and not http://grabcad.com/library/grabcad-wall-smash ... It's hard to explain everything that could be involved in other animations, so feel free to ask here if Damián Hardeo doesn't mind or in a separate question ... My answer to variable chamfer: 1. Make variable fillet. 2. Make 2 CompCurve on the edges. 3. Make Cut-Loft, so the sketch will have line !!! which make the chamfer.

Dear Chuck, Imperial system tolerances is not my strong side and I create the same part in metric. Principle is same. First create new column as the picture for header name use syntax: $TOLERANCE@Dimesion..... in our case from part 1 in attachment $TOLERANCE@D1@Sketch1
