Here is the tutorial.

1. Step 1:

   Top plane>>Sketch.
   

   

2. Step 2:

   Draw this profile using polygon and circle.
   

   

3. Step 3:

   Extrude it by 8mm.
   

   

4. Step 4:

   Top face>>Sketch.
   

   

5. Step 5:

   Draw a circle of 18.75mm radius.
   

   

6. Step 6:

   Extrude cut with draft at 45º with flip side to cut checked.
   

   

7. Step 7:

   Top face>>Sketch.
   

   

8. Step 8:

   Make two circles of 18.75mm radius and 10mm radius.
   

   

9. Step 9:

   Extrude it by 4mm.
   

   

10. Step 10:

    Chamfer.
    

    

11. Step 11:

    Select the outer edge. Distance = 1.25mm Angle=45º.
    

    

12. Step 12:

    Front Plane>>Sketch.
    

    

13. Step 13:

    Draw this profile.
    

    

14. Step 14:

    Extrude cut through all.
    

    

15. Step 15:

    Reference geometry >> Axis.
    

    

16. Step 16:

    Select the circular face.
    

    

17. Step 17:

    Circular pattern.
    

    

18. Step 18:

    pattern the cut-extrude2 about axis1 6 times.
    

    

19. Step 19:

    Chamfer the edges.
    

    

20. Step 20:

    We have the part.
    

    

21. Step 21:

    After cutting threads.
